The old steep roof will be replaced by a low upper floor with a less sharply sloped roof, allowing us to create openings and views across the entire floor. Through specific interventions, we give the architecture a more robust character with a mid-century look, featuring maximally sized and well-positioned openings toward the beautiful park garden.
